To be eligible for NDIS funding, you must be aged between 7 and 65, be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and have a permanent and significant disability that affects your ability to take part in everyday activities. We can help guide you through the eligibility process.

The NDIS provides support to eligible people aged 7 to 65 years. Children under 7 may access early childhood supports through the NDIS Early Childhood approach. People over 65 may be eligible for aged care services through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme or Home Care Packages.

The NDIS covers a wide range of permanent and significant disabilities including intellectual, physical, sensory, cognitive, and psychosocial disabilities. The key requirement is that the disability substantially reduces your ability to participate effectively in activities and requires support.

If you disagree with an NDIS decision, you can request an internal review within 3 months. If you are still not satisfied after the internal review, you can apply to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) for an external review. We can help you navigate this process.
